A dismal failure in dealing with "clients"
Traced by an external agent regarding unclaimed funds at Alexander Forbes. Absolutely impossible to get a response from them via email, and call centre impossible. Why set a tracing agent to find beneficiaries without the ability to deal with queries? Resource your business properly, or lose any credibility you may have enjoyed in the past. 1 out of 5 rating for financial services is a recipe for failure.
