1.A friend of mine lost her Mom -+9 years ago.After her Mom's burial they contacted AF regarding her unclaimed funds.They were provided with some forms which they filled in and returned back to the office.They've been going back and fourth wth AF.From one missing page to another.Everytime when they call they get a different story .To this day,They still haven't received a single cent from AF.

2.I've resigned a couple of months back.Few days after serving my notice I received messages as to when my provident fund will be paid out.I didn't bother making any follow ups as I thought everything was going accordingly. After months of waiting I then contacted AF to find out what could be taking so long.When I call they say the money had already been paid out.

If the money was indeed paid out, Can you please provide me with the dates and the account in which the money was paid into or just look into the matter and provide me with proper feedback. If not,can I get my money.Everything is now stuck because of the financial situation that I'm in.
