7+ years later and no claim for you

Can i even give a zero star rating? Worst bunch of ****** ever. Just like nonie the previous complaint their tracing company ICTS called me about unclaimed funds from years ago. I gave up then with the claim because of how many stupid hoops you had too jump through. Then at the beginning of feb they contacted me again this year. I had more patience then and sent all the required documents and was told it will take up too 6 weeks. still nothing.. Worst is when i registered on the portal the unclaimed funds is there. However no claim was submitted. Quick too take your money but 7+ years later you still cant get it. WORST COMPANY ever. Anyone that wants too invest with them are far beter of at old mutual or any other financial institution. At this point pay me what im owed or **** off. And then as a last blow your sales people have the audacity too call and offer me a free coffee too revere friends and family??? Have you lost the plot entirely??
