7 days since lodging a claim and the wall has not been fixed.

I lodged a claim 7 days ago and until today no one has visited the property, my boundary wall collapsed and this compromised my security, today being the 7th day and nothing has happened, the wall is still collapsed and no work has been done whatsoever, I really ask myself how Alexander Forbes handles queries - this is very bad.
