63 days and counting for a claim !
63 days and counting for a claim to be finalised . Every time I phone I get told the exact same feedback , waiting on last contribution which was paid more than a month ago. The last contribution also shows on my statement ! I am tired of call centre agents reading generic scripts. 63 days ! And I was told an additional 6 weeks ! I need answers
