My claim was submitted on the 30th of September but up to this date nothing has been done. I call each and every week for an update, but I have been told they will escalate my claim/ or answer and keep me on hold while you hear people on background laughing. I am so annoyed by Alexander Forbes incompetency. I really respected the company but the 99% payout claim is rather an unrealistic number to claim. Poor service :(
