50% benefits taken with no explanation.
After fighting for my benefits, alexander forbes finally paid me but took half of my benefits in the name of "Risk Benefits"I failed to understand why did they take half but there was no proper explanation.someone was supposed to call me today at 14h00 regarding that but the call never happened.Alexander forbes are ripping us off.How can 50% of benefits be taken away?The statement that they send me does not even show that amount that was taken,only shows what they sent me.
