5 years and no pension pay out

It has been 5 years to date and I have not received my pension fund. I spoke to alexander forbes and they informed me Zurich has informed them to with hold my funds mending a case but to date I have no case made against me. I need some feedback from Alexander Forbes and also how can they keep my money and what about the interest and also, where legal contract do they have to keep my funds because all they say, Zurich says they cant pay it out...
