4 Months of Broken Promises: Unacceptable Service from Alex Forbes

Terrible experience with Alexander Forbes Financial Services . Claimed my funds in Oct 2025, and it's now Jan 2026 - still waiting. On Jan 7, 2026, they emailed saying payment would be made within 7-14 days. Today, day 14, I called and they said payment wasn't loaded with no valid reason. They're escalating it... again.

Since Oct 2025, I've been met with silence and excuses. Called Dec 23, 2025, and they had no updates. Got an update Jan 7 saying tax directive was approved, payment incoming. Now they're stalling.
