4 months claim but no payout still

4 months of claim however I have still not received my money.

I called in requesting that my claim be looked into and I was told that it will be escalated and that the reference number would be available upon my next call to the call center.

I just want my money. I completed my exit forms at the end of July and I still have not received my money. I received an sms on Tuesday stating that my money will be paid in 4 weeks, totally unacceptable.

This is NOT a 2 pot claim, as such, I should not be affected by that. This is a normal claim.

I don’t want to wait another 4 weeks to get my money. Please just pay my money, that’s all I want- Money in the bank!
