4 Fu@cking Years!!!

To date I have now been waiting 4 years for my provident fund to pay out!!! My previous employer opened up a theft case against me, I was however able to proof my innocence in the court of law and was found not quilty. However my previous employer made it very clear they will not sign my provident release forms. I have contacted AF so many times over the last 4 years and always the same excuse!!! I read on another review maybe get the EFF involved and that looks like the only option left for me. My provider fund manager knows what my previous employer is doing is ******* yet it seems like they protecting them!!
