3rd Delay on Payout

My Fiance Stefan Swanepoel was contacted by Alexander Forbes in September 2015 in regards to a provident fund payout due to him. We filled in and sent back all paperwork on the same day. In November Stefan called to follow up only to be told the paperwork was submitted on 23 October, more than a month after the call. And he had to wait 8 to 12 weeks for payout. On 4 Jan 2016 he called again, only to be told now the processing was only started on 15 Dec 2015 and again a 8 to 12 week wait is in place. This is now close to 5 months and counting. Are we going to get this payout, ever?!? We need this sorted out post-haste
