2pot withdrawal

I am still waiting for your investigation regarding my query for 2pot withdrawal; I started the process on 23 September and only received the form to withdraw on the 23rd of October and now I have to wait 2-3 week or more for me to get the funds. I have made numerous attempts via email to your complaints, info and the email that the application was sent to but no one has come back to me. I find your service very disappointing, I was not going to apply for the funds if I did not desperately need them. The lack of decency to respond to emails for over a month is really disappointing, further the email on the 23rd of October claimed I was unreachable via email yet on that day they were able to miraculously find it!
