2Pot withdrawal

I sent 2 pot form with an intentiom to apply for funds on the 23rd of September and when I enquired on the 25th I was told actuaries will do calculations and that takes +-2 weeks. Tofay is 23 October not even an single email to inform me where the process is at. Another follow up whicj has is still unanswered was sent again 2nd week of October. I wouldn't have resorted to seeking funds from pension if I did not need the money.

Instead I received an email to review your service as if my query has been resolved.
