2pot ***** up

I've been waiting for over a month for a two pot claim payout, worst thing is that Alex forbes's communication is basically non existing... call enter doesn't answer, whatsapp line is down, emails get no response and social media make promises of responses that never materialize, Claims tracking on their AFConnect site also just stays on the same 1st step of assessment continuously, Extremely frustrating and upsetting, who knows what the actual status of my claim is, cause it seems not even Alexander Forbes knows
