2pot savings claim

I am writing this review to express how greatly disappointed and dissatisfied I am with Alexander Forbes 2pot claiming services, the service it total nonsense, their communication is very very bad , it’s as if they didn’t not plan prior to what they were getting themselves into … they knew very well people will be claiming in large numbers but they absolutely did not account for that

They say the claim takes up to 20 days , after 20 days the claim is still not paid up and there is no communication or feedback on our claim queries whatsoever, they are very unprofessional and clearly do not know what they are doing . Their claims are not sequential it’s like they are playing ruffle cause people who claim after, their claim have processed and successfully paid out but those who claimed before are still playing the waiting game. Alex Forbes 2pot claim is absolute nonsense.
