2nd complaint

Again its the 2nd time iam taking use to social media . I was told that iam going to get a call with regards to my claim i have tried numerous times its over 5 weeks since my providant fund iam not working a single mom of 3 .i am gettting evicted because of my rent . Why are u people so incompitant no one bothers to call me to let me know about my claim . The app os bogus it shows iam submitted for tax than the next thing there is no claim . Can anyone tell me if we can take the ob man . We al cant keep fighting with a hopeless comapny that does not cater to anybodies needs . There is a reason we need our money i need to look after my family /kids . Use dont mind accepting a payment and sales i dont know how many people are still with you .use must close down really what the f can take almost 2 months
