2 YEARS & PENDING FOR CLAIM TO BE RESOLVED!!!! ******!!

I have been dealing with Rudzani Magagane regarding the claim, she was very speedy and helpful at first however a year later i am still told that they are verifying the nomination details, when i did the last follow up i was advised it is in the final stages and awaiting the Trustees to sign it off? I do not think anyone understands how frustrating, financially and emotionally draining this is i wish someone could take the time and put themselves in my shoes. 2 Years later and there is still no sense of direction regarding the case, the one thing you guys are forgetting is that there is a child involved in the midst of this and his future depends on this preservation fund - he too will need peace of mind when he is grown knowing where his fund is. I submitted all documents that were required from my side ages ago then i was told you require docs of the other beneficiaries which i had to run around and get, surely this could have been handled by Alexander Forbes?? I was still grieving and still am yet you guys expected me to be the one doing the run around for other beneficiaries, is there not any sense of empathy and urgency from your side?

I refuse to spend another year waiting for this claim to be finalized, I will fly to your Head office in Gauteng if i have to. I will be lodging a complaint directly with the Ombudsman if no feedback is received in the next 2 working days!!!!
