2 pot payment delay

You say there is a 20 working day turnaround please explain why people that I work with that claimed after me they have been paid and why is my claim stuck on payment for 10 days and you send me an email saying it will be paid within 5 to 10 working days which is more that that from the day you sent me the email

Don’t tell me about turn around time my claim is already on payment I want to know why it is taking that long for payment to be done whereas the people that claimed on the after me are paid already

This means you don’t have respect for your clients and you don’t care at all because you do not priorities those that claimed early

Look into my claim and tell me why it’s taking that long you telling me about turn around time is not solving my complaint.

Even if you don’t pay it now all I need to know is why my claim of on payment and it’s saying 10 days now still I have not received my money
