2 pot funds

i have sent a manual form for them to assist me with my 2pot application since they online platforms are giving me an error and they refuse to assist me , i have sent a lot of email from the day 2 pot applications were opened for them to assist me with an error that im recieving when trying to login but they keep on telling me that everything is fine on my profile regardless of the screen shots that i have been sending to them , i have also called several times but they dont assist me , i even ask myself that since my employer choose them to stay with my money what will happen when i retire meaning i wont have the money that i worked hard for ? im not borrowing thier money this is my money i need it , they must give it to me and by now they should have found an alternative solution for me , i will also call our HR department to find out if there's no other option for my retirement money to go to another organisation were they wont give me issues when i need my money
