2 pot claim not potting for me :(
i submitted my 2 claim pot with Alexander Forbes on the 5th of September, my claims are being rejected even though i have submitted all documents, Home Affairs confrmation letter(surname change), proof of bank account, bank statement showing my new surname, what else do i need to prove that i am the same person.
can someone with high authority call me to sort out this issue for me, im really frustrated to say the least
