2 pot claim 17 days and no one cares
My 2 pot claim is stuck on tax application step for 8 days requesting documents which I sent on the 16th of september. Please tell me at what step I’m at now as the app shows the same thing, called on the 18th and the agent promised me everything is fine and it went to the payment step. Today is the 22nd and still no payment.Can I please get one person to assist me and actually follow through as this has been an endless battle and no one seems to care about the outcome. Worst service and I have lost trust as it seems the matter wil NEVER get resolved.
