2 Pot being verified for 16 days

I did my 2 pot claim on the 2nd of September and after 2 weeks nothing has changed. I phoned them more then 5 times to enquire why am i still on claim registered today is the 21th and still i am only claim registered. Every time i phone the consultants says its fine everything is ok but all my ****orkers that claimed after me from the 10th are on payments already but yet i am and claim registered only. Consultants are unfriendly and dont seem to know what they are doing because one had to put me on hold for 20 minutes to make sure of my place of employment. You cant tell my they are still verifying me for 16 days?No updates no communication - i am thinking they need documentation from me but don't communicate.

Our company moved from Sanlam to Alex Forbes last year, and if this is the type of service i am receiving i am very concerned for my loved ones. My pension / life cover and funeral cover is now with Alex Forbes and i don't want my loved ones to struggle the day something happens to me, please communicate with your clients its not to much to ask?
