2 months for claim

Omgosh this has been probably the most horrific experience ever

It has been 2 months waiting for withdrawal.I call them every single day for an update.And every single advisor,gives a different story.

I submitted my withdrawal documents on the 06/02/2024 they only submitted my tax reductive last week and now already waiting 2 months .I am told it takes 7-14 days for payout

I have submitted a formal complaint and lemme tell you ,the feed back the assistance the company as a whole wht a **** storm.I am now promised that a payment has been loaded Nd by Monday the 8th I will receive proof of this.i hope and pray that this process is complete so that I can move on with my life .1 star is still to little .
