2 months for a policy statement

I complained on the 20th May 2022 on this platform, was contacted by the complaints team and they promised to sort out my complaint, I'm still waiting even today, another month later. I ask again Alex Forbes, does it really take 2 months to just issue a policy statement /benefit statement? I have submitted all the documents you requested and still you fail to just send a statement, what more does a person have to do to be assisted? My first request was 25 April 2022...I am appalled by your lack of service!!
