17 days later and still no movement on my 2pot claim

17 days later and still have not received two pot money, I called, wrote emails and still nothing...a person from Alex forbes called Amogelang advised that my issue will be resolved in 4 working days and today is day 2 and still no movement my claim is stuck in one place...I'm beyond disgusted Alex forbes is the worst and this makes me wonder if this is how it is going to be when one retires
