Rude cleaner

I was at Alex mall this morning 09:00 I went to lady's room the one is down there next to liquor shop so when I'm still inside a lady who is a cleaner for company named Nectar part she closed the net so when I come out I could not find a way out then I saw her she was still busy on a phone I wait for few minutes then she was done I ask her I want to go out which way I'm getting confused because she closed the door net and she react as if I was asking her money or something she said WHAT before I even finish what I was asking for she is old and rude she was shouting what as if I told her to close that net door if she should have checked before she close she should have know that the is someone inside so she shouted at me as if l don't know what I'm asking for
