Extremely Bad Service

my name is Jabulani Zwane ,i received extremely bad service from the store to cut the story short, the consultant by the surname Mbatha was in patient and not going an extra mile sympathizing with the offline issue with in the store .As for the floor Manager her leadership capacity needs a touch of something... they should not take advantage thinking some Black community are not fami**** with Customer Service and Work Principles .....i am not apologetic about this i am going again today for my Simswap which was incomplete. may this be given Attention. Thank you
