Appreciation

Really was impressed with the service at Alex mall. Two weeks back I went to the mall and forgotten my car keys at 1 of the stores. I realised after a long while that I do not have them inhand. Was panicking and all. I then went to the securities to report my car keys missing. Without any hesitation they were up and running everyone including the people who are cleaning were searching for the keys. Some even went to the parking to stand amongst the car should anyone attempt to ***** it. There keys were finally found after retracing my steps. Thank you guys for taking your time it really made me feel important and appreciated as a customer.
