LOUSY PLUMBER

Alex Home Creators (apparently plumbers) are an appointed Outsurance plumbing contractor. If you need a geyser replaced by insurance and it needs to be relocated... do not let Outsurance appoint these guys! If a job seems remotely difficult, they stuff you around for days apparently deciding on how best to do it. Then they **** and said Outsurance does not fit Kwikot replacement geysers only some generic brand. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS!!
