Horrific plumbing experience in bryanston

I live in Bryanston, Johannesburg over a month ago I called Alex Dewsbery out to do a cut and join to my main waterpipe on the outside of my house. While trying to join the top he then snapped the pipe going into the concrete at the bottom as well as snapping the irrigation pipe into the tap (apparently a professional).Then he attempted to fix the bottom but he had spent so much time here he left it leaking so I had to leave my water off. He was supposed to come back the next day to fix the irrigation and the leak but didn't. I then had to house sit a friends house for 10 days and kept asking him to fix the problem I even gave him the pass code to get into the garden whilst I was away. I didn't hear anything from until I had been back in my house for 4 days (still haven't had water this whole time). He came back with the wrong size irrigation pipe so left to come back later that day which he never did to fix the leak as well. He then decided to keep digging at the wall to make it easier to access and then the top and bottom were leaking still with no irrigation. He then took the whole tap off the wall to take home to work on it there. The day after he comes with the tap and welds the top on after making the hole even bigger! And burning the wall so a large area is now black. He put two fittings on the bottom after digging that out some more too he pierced the pipe below the fittings and turned on the water saw how much it was leaking he then packed stones into the hole but said at least it's going into the drain he said we should shower and turn the water off because it was leaking so much he promised he would come to fix it now after waiting 4 days with him giving many excuses he now has said that from when he came to fix the pipe the job now changed (if any thing he changed the job due to negligence ) and that he is not coming back because he has used more supplies than he quoted us. So now I'm left with a huge gaping hole in the wall which is now black and a crater at the bottom that leaks so much and an irrigation pipe that isn't attached. The job he has left me to fix will cost me so much more now.

As a word of caution I would never recommend anybody to use Alex Dewsbery plumbing (ADP) as he will just leave you with a bigger problem. He will tell you he is just down the road if there is a problem and won't pick up your calls or reply to messages. Even though he is on his phone while working at my house.
