sold me non-functional items, and no guarantee or refund option

bought a few wifi cameras. delivery was a bit delayed, but i got them. then i discovered that the cameras were locked tot he country of manufacture, ie china.

requested refund from alexbender. they ignore me. attempted to contact them on email, and phone calls and whatsapp.

they do not honour the guarantees. presently, i am in the process of taking it further.
