friendly and kind staff

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with their staff. I purchased an LCD screen online and decided to pick it up at the address listed on the website, as I also live in EL. When I contacted them regarding pick up, they offered to deliver it since I paid for delivery, but I declined because I wanted to view their premises. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be very friendly and kind.
