I bought a smartphone screen from them, and it took a while to arrive. However, the shipping company was to blame for this since they had entered my contact information incorrectly, which led to several failed deliveries before they finally sent the package back to their JHB warehouse and demanded that I pay delivery fees once more to have it shipped after we had determined the issue. When I contacted AlexBender, the problem was fixed; they covered the shipping costs.
