After your order was placed on the 28th, a tracking number was sent on the 29th when the order left the warehouse of the supplier. You were not notified because you did not add your email address.
It is understandable that you might have had a negative shopping experience from another online stores, but at the very least you should have acknowledged your mistake of failing to add your email address during the checkout process. This is the reason why you did not receive a tracking number.
We were without power between 15h00 and 18h00 when you called. Our admin has responded to your inquiry and updated your order with your email address by 18:05.
