Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid at all costs

Our property was broken into on the morning of Friday, 1 August 2025. The alarm system – supposedly monitored by Alex Alarms – was triggered. According to their response team, all was “in order.” It wasn’t.

We only found out our home had been burgled the next day, thanks to a concerned neighbour. When we contacted Alex Alarms to understand what had happened, they were completely unaware of the break-in.

To make matters worse, their follow-up response on Monday revealed that they had in fact responded to the wrong address on the day of the incident.

This is a catastrophic failure of a company whose sole responsibility is to protect property and respond to alarms. The delay, miscommunication, and lack of accountability is nothing short of negligence.

We trusted Alex Alarms to secure our home, and they failed completely. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable, competent security services.
