Worst agency to rent from - Paarl/Wellington

I have never in all my life experienced such terrible service!<br> Communication and admin lacking terribly! Employees with ****py attitudes and down right poor performance! <br> Just got a call asking when my account will be paid but I have not received a statement on how much I owe?? <br> A new contract was suppose to be put together after I moved out for the current tenant and her friend taking my place! Two months passed - I then found out that the new tenant never completed the new contract correctly! <br> Aletting turned around to cover their own **** and accused me of never paying my rent and that legal action will be taken against me if they do not receive their money!!! <br> Needless to say I am still paying for an apartment I don't use, because the old contract still stands! <br> They really need to get their sh*t together!
