Pathetic Service!!

Terrible service! I placed an order 3 weeks ago then just over a week ago I contacted them and the lady told me there was an issue with my order. She reassured me that my order would go out soon which did not happen. I contacted them a few times thereafter and can't seem to get any clarification as to what is going on! Today I asked for a refund and again I was told my order will go out soon. I asked when and was told they will get back to me. Pathetic!!
