Parcels not delivered as promised by Ajw shop

Terrible service! I placed an order after they assured me that the parcel will be delivered within 2 days. After 2 days I asked for a tracking number as my parcel did nit arrive. I was told that it out and will be delivered latest next day. Four days later I contacted them again and the lady told me they never put an address on my parcel and that it was lost now. She promised that they will send it with courier immediately. Later same afternoon another extremely rude lady phones and said sorry they were not aware of where I stayed ( they had my address from placing and paying the order). I asked for a refund as this was a birthday gift that was alreay late. Pathetic is an understatement!!! After you pay them they don’t answer your calls or emails. Wil not recommend them at all!!!
