Poor customer service

Earlier today we went to Alleta Pharmacy in mahikeng cbd and Letta Bogatsu/owner or should I say 'prophet letta Bogatsu' customer service's was unsatisfactory, rudeness, poor communication skills because you the owner does not give you any right to talk to people the way you want, don't lean against the count, dont talk this is pharmacy and she was asked why is treating us like this she kept quiet. I feel sorry for the lady who works there and I will never set my foot in that place again.
