*****ing of deposit!

My daughter stayed in a apartment for one year in Stellenbosch (2014). After she moved out the owner approved the payout of the deposit (apartment was in good order) but the agent never paid, even though she promised she will pay. We are talking of R13550 here! (2 month's deposit). We have tried every everything to get the money back and the owner's lawyer is now offering to take the matter to court but what a waste of time, effort and money!!
