Bad Customer service

I spent R5050.00 on Oilpump, topgasket and Bearings.I went to exchange the bearings as they are a bigger size, they refused to exchange Bearings and Alledged that the bearing was fitted in a car which even moved.(the bearing was never fitted because is a bigger size) I travelled from Louis Trichardt to Polokwane to buy and to exchange those bearings. When I asked to speak to the Manager the Switchboard Lady waa rude.
