Most understanding - Very appreciative

I had signed a contract with Alert removals to move my son's belongings from his apartment in Ballito to our home in Kharwastan since my son found employment closer to home. Three days before the move, I contacted Isaiah and Mary at Alert removals and explained that my son had managed to sell most of his belongings, mostly the large items, and it was not feasible for me to engage their services just to move a few boxes and a few small appliances. I requested that the contract be cancelled. Isaiah and Mary were most understanding and even though they have a cancellation policy they cancelled my contract with no charge at all.
