WARRANTY / GUARANTEE RIPOFF

I bought an oil pump, 25 March 2019. Engine was being overhauled at the time. Soon as I had more funds to carry on fixing the engine, fitted the new oil pump. Not evens 50km driven, with new oil pump, other new parts (bought by Alert Ottery), engine overhaul, etc.... OIL PUMP packed up resulting in more/new damages within in the overhauled cylinder head. I then took it back to Alert. When I was at the premises, a mechanic saw I am bringing and said that the Brand, Power Torque of the oil pump is of bad quality and will never buy of Power Torque Branding. He also said "good luck" trying to claim refund. Nonetheless, I was communicated later from Alert, stating there was a technical error from my side and cannot claim refund. Bad Brands......... quality
