Turbo Charge

On the 24th of February 2023 i purchased a Turbo charge for my ford ranger 3.2 with the amount of R13 700 and the problem of the car persisted until my mechanic realize that it actually has a Fault to confirm that i had to buy another one whilst waiting for them and it is working perfectly backward i was advised to put in an online claim and i was given a reference being WC-15243 and today the 24th of April 2023 i received an SMS stating that my claim has been rejected.
