They made a mistake, but then went out of their way to correct... stunning service

Ordered a turbo from them over the phone. Their prices were 15 to 20% less then the other major competitors.

Turbo was delivered to me next day.

However, turbo was no the correct part. It took me one email to their sales manager who helped me with the initial order.

I was contacted immediately, and 4 hours later a new turbo was delivered for me.

Even though the new turbo was slightly more expensive, they honored the original price.

Service like this in the SA Motor industry is unheard of...
