Terrible service received from Goodwood Cape Town!

Terrible and unprofessional service received from the manager in Goodwood Cape town. My husband purchased a oil cooler the part has not been used by the box was silently damaged it was incorrect one and took it back to purchase the correct part from them again but refused to take back the incorrect part and refund the money back. Never again will i use their shop again!
