#Shoddy service at Alert Engine Parts in the Western Cape

I battled to get through to Alert Engine Parts at the Ottery branch. The person that answered the phone had difficulty hearing and my call got dropped thrice. Having complained at Head office at the Goodwood branch, my complaint was played down and I was argued with. I was also told by one of the Head Office officials that he doesn't care if I report him to the CEO. Head office doesn't know the CEO,s details of Alert or the Proprietor of Alert. No apology was tendered for the lapse in service. I will never support Alert Engine Parts as complaints aren't taken seriously
