Went to otters arlet to get parts for my customer who accompanied me got served by a new guy pleasant went to pay waited for the parts the young lady responsible for that was taking her own precious time to give the parts and no sense of urgency I asked her to give me my parts and got bad attitude from her my customer noticed as well I believe the lady's name is sam as she refused to give her name
