Horible service And attitude (1 hour holding on phone everyday)

<p>We deal with alert every single day spending hundreds of thousands of rands monthly, yet we get treated like **** and are made to hold for literally over an hour on the phone daily , just to get to speak to our salesman . Losing customers in the process . To add to that the receptionist do nothing to help us, sometimes having an attitude and sometimes making us hold when the salesman isn't even there. </p>
